Returns & Exchange Policy
Exchanges - should you wish to exchange a product, the following applies:
- The product should be returned to us within 28days of receipt, accompanied by the form enclosed in the original package (or you may download it here). Exchanges will only be processed with a completed form.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all labels attached.
- We ask for you to pay postage of the returning item to us. However, if you wish to exchange the item, we will pay for the postage for your exchanged item.
Refunds - should you wish to return a non faulty product for a refund, the following applies:
- The product should be returned to us within 28days of receipt, accompanied by the form enclosed in the original package. Refunds will only be processed with a completed form.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all labels attached.
- A refund will be given, less postage/carrier, upon receipt of goods. Even if the item originally qualified for free postage.
- Please note that we do not exchange or refund underwear, due to hygiene reasons.
- Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Damaged Goods
- Please inspect goods and advise us within 24hours of receipt if goods are damaged. We do not accept any responsibility for damages after this time.
